Our primary had their annual talent show. Anthony's first choice for a talent was to have his cousin, Isaac come and do a light saber fight with him. However, after watching it on the computer, he decided to sing a song off of Pokemon. He sat there, day after day, practicing and memorizing the words. I was so impressed that he would do it by himself, that I decided Pokemon would be okay.
Nathan did his famous Hakka. We were going to try to learn some new stuff for it and have him add it. Well, we didn't get around to it so he did what he knows. Many of you who have seen it, know what it is. For those of you who haven't, it is a Polynesian war dance. He picked it up on his own after seeing it done at a few parties that the family has had. We think it is great and plan on helping him learn more one of these days.
Hooray for the Niu boys! They did such a great job. It isn't easy to get up infront of all those people and share your talent. :)
ReplyDeleteThat was the best! I love Anthony's song and I will always love Nathans Hakka. I can't believe Anthony was so brave as to sing that whole thing in front of everybody. Cudos!
ReplyDeleteYour kids are amazing!!! I can't believe they would do that all by themselves. How cute! Hope school's going well.
